See what our product team has been up to this quarter! We've made some serious updates to the Digital Workforce Platform that provide better workflow flexibility, improved performance metrics, and a custom branded experience. Explore what’s new with the Digital Workforce Platform.
Better Error Handling, Troubleshooting and Performance Logs
We’ve added the ability to turn data flows on or off, which helps you manage your active Digital Employees better. You can add new capabilities to an active Digital Employee or troubleshoot a single problematic data flow without causing any Digital Employee downtime.
We’ve also added the ability for Digital Employees to continue executing on a process even if they encounter an error and capture the error details. This flexibility enables you to build robust Digital Employees that understand organizational and business operations, automatically recover from expected errors, and notify admins about these errors.
And finally, we’ve implemented success and error logs to appear in the data flows so that you can assess how hard your Digital Employee has been working. You can also view what Digital Employees have been working on, how often they’ve succeeded or failed, and why.
These enhancements allow you to greater visibility into the performance of your Digital Employees so that you can measure their overall success.

Digital Employee Portability
You can make a copy of your Digital Employee and share it with other SKAEL organizations (or within your own). With shareable Digital Employees, clients, partners or teams can introduce a new Digital Employee to help with their work, as designed by you.
Webchat Enhancements
Designer redesign for end-users
We’ve improved the branding customization of our webchat design to align the Digital Employee chat experience with your brand experience. These elements include customizable colors, avatars, chat icons, and chat names.
Webchat redesign for engineers
We’ve also refreshed the designer so that all Digital Employee information, analytics, and tasks can be found in a single location, making it easier to manage your Digital Employees.

Azure Cloud Support
We’ve previously supported the Google Cloud Platform, but now we also support the deployment of SKAEL's Digital Workforce Platform on your own Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform. So now you have even more control over data and security policies.
